Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time in USA

Our order processing time is 3-5 business days. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if there is a high volume of orders. Please allow a few extra days for delivery. When we anticipate a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by phone or email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Each order comes with a tracking number, which is emailed or texted to the customer based on the information provided at checkout. Upon packaging and shipping the item, you will be emailed a tracking number.

The tracking number is provided in your email and can be used to check the status of your order. Please contact Customer Service by email at instockrestaurantequipment.com if you have not received your tracking number after at least 6 business days.


The delivery of packages can be delayed due to unforeseen issues with the United States Postal Service and natural disasters like weather, or temporary outages. We are not responsible for delivery delays and there is nothing that We Now can do to expedite delivery, once the package has been shipped from our facility.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

instockrestaurantequipment.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

instockrestaurantequipment.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
